Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Job Opening Post: Refunds can be requested if the posted job opening does not meet the provided specifications or if there are technical issues preventing the job listing from being displayed properly.
  • Offer Promotion Post: Refunds can be requested if the offer promotion post fails to meet the agreed-upon criteria or if there are any technical issues preventing the promotion from being effectively showcased.
  • Shop Listing Page: Refunds can be requested if the shop listing page does not accurately represent the provided information or if there are any technical difficulties with its functionality.

 

Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of the original purchase or posting. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.

 

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

Non-refundable Items or Services:

The following items or services are non-refundable:

  •  Any additional services or features purchased separately from the initial package.
  • One-time setup fees associated with the account or listing creation.
  • Services that have already been rendered or utilized prior to the refund request.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. This includes pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a service, subject to the discretion of FoodLocale.in.

 

Limitations and Exceptions:

  • FoodLocale.in reserves the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of the terms of service.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any losses or damages resulting from the customer’s actions or decisions.
