  • 2 tbsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp of garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Clean and cut the lamb into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a thick paste.
  • Add the lamb pieces to the spice mix and mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Marinate the lamb for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the marinated lamb pieces. Fry the lamb pieces until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  • Once the lamb pieces are cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
  • Garnish the lamb with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
