We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to oversee our kitchen and manage our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes and be able to manage a team of kitchen staff. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, managing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop menus that are innovative and enticing to customers
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Ensure that food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Adhere to all safety and health standards in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events and promotions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or owner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred
